The Founder & Director of Asset Protect Consulting Ltd. I retired from full time employment in June 2019 after over 39 years working in the security and loss prevention industry.
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented and driven individuals in retail and I want to share my experience of the characteristics that these leaders had. I will also share the professional shortcomings that I identified during my career, with a view to assisting my industry peers by encouraging self-development in these areas.
